Booked.net sent us on a 40 miles detour back and forth, not suggesting a hotel in the city we asked for. When we realizes the mistake we had booked, and couldn't cancel. We weren't happy with Booked.net at the time. The hotel was fine !!

We wanted a non -smoking room and they didn't have any available and the room we stayed in smelt horrible with smoke

Our favorite small hotel in Andalusia with really good and pleasant staff. Nice area, marvelous and comfortable location, really close to the beaches in Florida. Close to major restaurants and stores like Holiday Inn Express or the new Comfort Inn.

Staff was friendly and accomodating but rooms needed updating .
Booking had hotel rated 3 stars and if was actually 2 stars. Towels were thin scratchy and old looking. Only 2 towels in room . Air was not suffient . Had to sit right in front of air to feel comfortable. Toilet had black rings like water had been setting in it for a period of time.

Not much. The girl that checked me in was great.
The room is outdated. I travel a lot, and everyone has switched to the type of spreads they can pull off and wash. Everything on the bed is washable and can be replaced for each guest. I stripped off all the covering except the sheets. I checked for bed bugs. I also did not feel safe. People were outside drinking beer and smoking for a long time. I was traveling by myself, and this did not make me feel comfortable.
